Kubock is an AI-powered creative studio for filmmakers, showrunners, animators and visual storytellers. Every stage of pre-production lives in one workspace: script breakdown, character design, storyboarding, rough cut. All with generated imagery, video and sound.
Instead of jumping between disconnected tools, you work inside one project where scripts, characters, storyboards and timelines are all connected. AI generation is a native part of the process, not a novelty bolted on top.
The heart of Kubock. An infinite canvas where you connect nodes: prompts, images, AI generators, video, audio, voice and chat. Over 40 models available including Flux, Seedream, Ideogram, Recraft, Kling, Veo, Sora, Hailuo, ElevenLabs and Dia. Wire them together, generate, and results flow through the graph. Tag any node with a character, location or style alias and reuse it across every canvas in your project.

When you need to explore visual directions fast, Swift gives you a rapid-fire generation feed. Pick a model and aspect ratio, write a prompt, generate up to four images in parallel. Designed for early exploration: iterating on a character look, testing palettes or trying lighting moods before committing. Every image is saved to your library automatically, and you can drag results back into the node canvas.

Upload a screenplay in PDF or plain text and AI extracts every scene with heading, time of day and synopsis. It identifies characters (lead, supporting, minor) along with locations and props. Generate a shot list for any scene with proper cinematographic framing: wide shots, close-ups, over-the-shoulder, aerials. Each character, location and shot becomes a card where you generate prompts, create concept art and send assets directly to the canvas. Your script stops being a document and becomes a visual world.

AI-generated images often need small corrections before they are ready. Kubock includes a built-in editor for quick adjustments: brightness, contrast, saturation, warmth, highlights, shadows, levels and curves. You can also paint with AI inpainting to fix artefacts or extend a background. For heavy retouching you will still reach for Photoshop, but for the kind of tweaks that happen dozens of times a day during pre-production, you never have to leave the canvas.

Once you have images and video clips, the Rough Cut timeline lets you sequence them into a story. Drag shots onto tracks, trim, split with a razor and rearrange until the pacing feels right. Audio tracks show real waveforms so you can sync dialogue and music by ear. This is not meant to replace Premiere or Final Cut. It is where you build your first assembly, test the rhythm of a sequence, and get something you can screen. When you are ready to move to a professional edit, export to FCPXML or XMEML and pick up exactly where you left off.

Every image, video, audio clip and voice-over is saved automatically with full metadata: prompt, model, aspect ratio, canvas of origin. Search by keyword, filter by type or model, mark favourites, add tags, bulk-select. The library is shared across your entire account, so assets from one project are always accessible from another. A personal production database that grows as you create.

Most AI tools do one thing. Generate an image. Edit a photo. Write a script. Kubock connects all of that into one production pipeline. Your screenplay feeds into character design, which feeds into storyboards, which feed into a timeline. Nothing gets lost between apps, nothing re-uploaded, nothing out of sync.
The project system lets a team work on the same production with shared characters, locations and styles. A concept artist designs a character on their canvas, the director approves it, and every canvas in the project can reference that character by name. Define once, use everywhere.
Kubock is not a replacement for Premiere or Photoshop. It gets you to the point where those tools take over. Pre-production, previz, storyboarding, animatics. The foundation your final production is built on.
Built for people who think in stories, not in prompts. The AI is here to serve your vision, not to replace the creative mind behind it.
Kubock was created by people who work in film and television. Not by a tech company guessing what creatives might need, but by artists who have sat in the same production meetings, faced the same deadlines, and felt the same frustration with tools that were never designed for visual storytelling. Every feature exists because someone on the team needed it on a real project. That is why the workflow feels familiar from the first minute.
Kubock follows how film and TV productions actually work. Import a screenplay, break it down into scenes and characters, design the look of your world, build a storyboard shot by shot, then assemble a rough cut on the timeline. Whether you are a solo filmmaker building an animatic for a pitch or a studio pre-visualising an entire season, the workflow is the same.
